A true one of a kind product, the original  Aphex Aural Exciter was even given stand alone credit on albums by legendary artists like James Taylor, Linda Ronstadt and Jackson Brown. Because of it’s ability to do the job in terms of brightness and presence on vocal and instrumental tracks alike, something no other hardware could touch. Back in the day, the original was in such demands that it was often used as a rental unit moving between studios like an expensive session player.
